KGIBD offers UK Responsible Person services on behalf of manufacturers outside of the UK, carrying out specified tasks in relation to the manufacturer’s obligations.

This includes:

• Registering the manufacturer’s devices with the MHRA before devices can be sold in the British market;
• Ensuring that all technical documentation is in accordance with the manufacturer’s obligations;
• Responding to MHRA requests to provide any additional details, with all information and documentation necessary to demonstrate the conformity of a device; and
• Holding copies of technical documentation for inspection by the MHRA as required.
